JOB SCOPE:

• Delivering excellent customer support to customers via live chat, email and inbound/ outbound call.
• Answering customer inquiries and providing information on product features, benefits, and pricing
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails
• Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least SPM
