Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultations to clients regarding diagnostic test results for livestock and companion animals, interpreting findings and recommending further actions.
• Review and analyze laboratory test results, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communications with clients.
• Educate clients on diagnostic processes, disease prevention, and management strategies for their animals.
• Work closely with laboratory technicians and staff to ensure high standards of testing and quality control.
• Stay updated on veterinary diagnostics and participate in training sessions to enhance service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of consultations, recommendations, and follow-up actions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of diagnostic kits and reagents for trading purposes, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.

Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid veterinary license to practice in Malaysia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in veterinary diagnostics, clinical practice, or a related field however, fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with laboratory diagnostic procedures and veterinary diseases.
• Passion for animal health and welfare, with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
