Electrician / Maintenance Job Descriptions:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on the machines.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and industrial equipment within the factory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in setting up machines for production runs, calibrating, and aligning them for optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on both mechanical and electrical systems, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of components like hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical faults, including short circuits, faulty wiring, machine malfunctions, and equipment breakdowns.
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operation and machine efficiency, coordinating with production teams to meet targets.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial automation systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ensuring proper operation and electrical wiring of plastic molding machines and conveyor systems.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, electrical repairs, parts replacement, and machine performance data.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical components, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to in all maintenance and electrical work within the factory.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
