• Equity research on stocks, on a project-basis; objective is to have a solid foundation in at least 1 sector’s fundamental knowledge, as well as how to arrive at an investment call, by the end of internship.
• Participation in daily and weekly investment meetings. Expected to query and even challenge on an evidenced basis decisions on buying/selling and the targeted weight.
• Updating of databases and reports used by KL equity team
• Helping equity team prepare, board meeting packs, presentations to clients and minutes for weekly investment meetings.
• Responding to client requests and queries

• Clearly demonstrable interest in investing, and eager to develop stock-picking skills
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Numerate & attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
