Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy & Performance in managing and undertaking Setia Awan’ Strategy & Corporate Performance function, encompassing Corporate Strategy, Corporate Performance & Market Intelligence, to ensure it supports and enables the business to executive its long and short-terms business objectives, plan & strategy map, and to meet the needs of key stakeholders by spearheading Setia Awan’s strategy, development and efforts.
1. Strategy & Planning

• Assist in developing Setia Awan's business plan and strategy map based on company goals and management input.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and regulations, ensuring timely decision-making.
• Help manage and monitor the company’s long-term strategy, business plan, and annual goals.

2. Corporate Performance & Management
Performance Planning :

• Assist in setting clear performance expectations and objectives using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
• Ensure objectives and behaviors are well-documented and aligned with company goals.

Performance Tracking :

• Help facilitate quarterly performance reviews, analyze progress, and provide insights for improvement.
• Coordinate discussions on performance and manage the BSC dashboard.

Performance Reviewing :

• Summarize and evaluate performance against targets and assist in planning future improvements.

3. Market Intelligence

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Conduct scenario analysis and research to recommend new strategies, including mergers or acquisitions.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

• Possess bachelor’s degree and/or professional qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably in finance, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or business administration.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point.
• Proficient in VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot and Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrate high-level commitment, able to work in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency, and ability to complete tasks within a tight timeline and under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders and employees.
• Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from diverse cultures.
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
