Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
- Authorised to advise and grant approved status to vendors or service providers of IT.
- Authorised to conduct software validation and verification on IT program prior to release.
- Authorised to conduct audit on software system used for operation process.
- Authorised to search and decide the relevant IT online trainings & courses.
- IT Operations: Oversee daily IT operations, including case management, server administration, user support, and troubleshooting.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet scope requirements.
- Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce information security policies, monitor Incident Response Programs, and educate users on cybersecurity best practices
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and service level evaluations.
- Technical Support: Provide hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Systems Administration: Administer systems and applications, including secure remote access, antivirus, and email services.
- Data Analytics: Promote and utilise digital tools like Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for data analysis and business insights.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training to users, maintain accurate IT documentation, and support continuous learning within the team.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Diploma or Degree Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field.
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment or IT industry is an advantage.
- Proven working experience as an IT Senior Executive or relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of technical management, information analysis and the computer hardware/software systems including cybersecurity, network and systems administration, databases management and cloud computing
- Excellent project management skills.
- Vendor management skills, this includes negotiating and dealing with IT vendors and external service providers.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Experience in ERP is minimum requirement or super user will be an advantage.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
