Field Service Engineer

- Field service tasks at customer's facility that involve troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing machine/equipment.
- Provide on-site support to customer including install and commission new machine at customer side.
- Carry out machine buy-off process at customer side as per their requirement.
- Conduct customer and technical training to end user.
- Prepare field service reports on customer support activity and provide documentation on recurring problems to superior and related department.
- Candidate must possess at least a SKM 3/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering of equivalent.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with high self-disciplined.
- Have own transport and willing to travel to customer side.
- At least 1 year of work experience in related field is needed.
- Language(s) required: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Work location: Krubong or Malim, Melaka.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
