We have vacancy as Finance Executive (Vietnamese speaking) with an established multinational. Successful candidate will be based at their head office in Petaling Jaya.
*We need applicants with ability to speak fluent Vietnamese as you will be dealing with Vietnamese market.
We welcome Vietnamese nationality already residing in Malaysia to apply as assistance for all your documents to work legally will be provided. You must have minimum Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance related study. A minimum 1 year experience is needed but we also encourage fresh graduates to apply as training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities :
Performing tasks related to Accounting / Finance and specializing in the area of Accounts Receivable. Duties will include :

• Calculating, recording, inputting or processing financial data.
• Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures.
• Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges.
• Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders.
• Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
• Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files.
• Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations.

Background and Skills :
Minimum Diploma or Professional Qualification in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 1 years' experience in Finance or Accounting, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Fluent communication skills in Vietnamese language as you will be handling the accounts / finance for the Vietnamese office.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
