Fresh Market Team Lead/Supervisor (Vege/Fruit)

- To perform daily quality check and maintaining inventory levels, ordering stock, receiving deliveries and noting discrepancies
- To monitor daily sales trend and pricing strategies.
- To ensure selling floor stocking produce and rotating fresh fruit and vegetables.
- To ensure that all Company’s, State’s and Federal’s regulations and standards for product freshness, food safety, storage, refrigeration and sanitation are met.
- To ensure that team are effectively resources, directed, motivated and developed enabling them to reach their full potential for both individual and Company benefit.
- Proven work experience in fresh market or similar role
- Experience in safe food handling in a grocery store
- Basic knowledge of produce and grocery items
- Determine when produce is expired
- Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers
- Being helpful and enthusiastic to provide great customer service to shoppers
- SPM / diploma and above is preferred
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and perform overtime as and when required.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
