St Joseph’s Institution International School Malaysia School (SJIIS) in Malaysia is a Lasallian International School (3 to 18 years). Requirements: We are looking for a committed, passionate and knowledgeable professional who will work proactively to ensure the best possible teaching of EAL. Prior experience of leading an EAL department is preferred.
A Successful Candidate Will:

• Oversee pedagogical practices and classroom management within the department to ensure high quality teaching and learning occurs. This will include modeling excellent teaching practices to other staff within the department.
• To promote the Lasallian Mission and Core Values of SJIIS
• Ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reports across the department meet the expectations of the school
• Demonstrate thorough curriculum knowledge and support the continued development of the mathematics curriculum
• Demonstrate a proactive approach towards professional development
• To actively contribute to wider school development and growth
