Title : Head of IT Solution Delivery
Location : Kuala Lumpur
Duration : 12 months renewable contract

• Possess a recognized Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing an IT governance and resources team/unit/department.
• Well-versed in Financial Industry Regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commission Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia).
• Knowledgeable in:
• - Solution Design/Architecture
• - Project Management Framework/Cycles
• - IT Governance Frameworks
• - Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• - Operational/Business Service and Support
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
• Strong positive thinking, work ethics, and team-player attitude.
• Demonstrates:
• - Leadership, Management, and Decision-Making skills
• - Creativity, self-motivation, goal-orientation, and confidence
• - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Capable of performing detailed incident/issue assessments and troubleshooting for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent resolutions.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
