DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND AUTHORITIES:
1. To look after the hostel premises and handle various issues of the foreign and ensure hostel management complies with the local housing act, rules and regulations.
2. Responsible for the foreign workers’ discipline in the hostel and ensuring foreign workers follow and obey hostel and company policies, rules, and regulations.
3. To conduct patrolling and doing a day-to-day spot check at the hostel and its surrounding area, report to the superior if any disciplinary issue or abnormality is found, and improve and implement emergency response and control procedures.

4. To monitor and ensure the sufficient of assets, i.e., bed, bed frame, fans, etc. at the hostel.
5. To monitor the overall movement of the hostel and seeks to maintain a fair and safe operation at all times
6. Identifying any hostel damages and repair required. Documenting and recording information in standard form for any hostel repair and complaint. Monitoring any hostel maintenance work and repairs to ensure good quality work.
7. Warden needs to brief, monitor, check and keep on track of the housekeeping for ensures proper cleaning of the hostel premises. Documenting and recording information in standard form for housekeeping tasks.
8. The hostel warden will be the liaison person at midnight/ rest day/ public holiday when emergencies such as employees falling ill or accidents happen in the hostel or company to ensure that all employees are treated or sent to the hospital/clinic on time.
9. To conduct room inspection once per two weeks and prepare a report to the superior if any disciplinary issue or abnormality is found, maintenance issues, and other related to SOPs, PGA2 Hostel.
10. To conduct local hostel inspections on weekly and prepare a report to the superior if any disciplinary issue or abnormality is found, maintenance issues, and other related to SOPs, PGA2 Hostel.
11. Collect, monitor, filling the utility daily record every day at the hostel.
12. Warden needs to send all PGA2 Hostel reports to HRBP superior monthly for review and concurred by top management.
13. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Human Resource Team from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Qualification & Experience: Minimum SPM with pass Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics. At least have 2 years of working related field.
B. Other Personal Capabilities
1. Good communication and writing skills.
2. Flexible working hours.
3. Able to instill teamwork.
4. Able to learn operation for Foreign Worker Hostel Management.
5. Able to work in shift rotation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
