1. Handling full spectrum of recruitment by adhering to the organization's policy and procedure
2. Manage contract staff employment, monitor and renew their annual contract accurately by ensuring their medical records and work performance are as per the management's requirement.
3. Handling payroll for employees within the time frame and as per audit compliance.
4. Recording staff leave, medical, time off records, other staff movements are within the company's policy, procedures and regulations.
5. Prepare year end performance appraisal.
6. Handling Employee Relations & Discipline matters as per company policy.
7. Handling internal communications in regards to general update on HR process, procedures, policies.
8. Administrative and secretarial duties for the Director and Senior Management such as answering calls, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, letters, memos minutes of meeting.
9. Provide support to the Director and Senior Management to schedule and coordinate appointments, visitors and travel arrangements.
10. Handling media reports in Facebook, Website and other news media.
11. Handling matters with Bomba, MBMB, Health Department, JTM, JKM, JPK and others and attend to their requirements.
12. Other Ad-Hoc Duties assigned by the Director or his Assignee from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required with relevant working experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
5. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
6. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
