A professional audit firm in Kuala Lumpur City Centre is looking out for a qualified HR Manager (Mandarin Speaking):
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
• Strong understanding of the Employment Act, Malaysian Labour Law, and other related legislation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively in a team.

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR administration functions, including recruitment, new staff onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Monitor employee leave, attendance, probationary reviews, and conduct job appraisals for employment confirmation.
• Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Develop, enforce, and promote awareness of HR policies.
• Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance with HR statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments and Managers on general HR matters, including employee grievances and counseling.
• Ensure that all compensation and benefit changes adhere to company policies and approval processes.
• Provide accurate and timely monthly HR reports to management.
