General Manager (Construction / Civil Engineering )

· Lead and manage projects, from development through COD.
· Provide strategic oversight for projects .
· Secure Development Orders, Right of Way, and Project COD.
· Coordinate with authorities .
EPCC Bidding & Contract Negotiation:
· Participate in EPCC bidding processes and closing contracts for high-value projects.
· Oversee project costing, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Support the business development team in contract negotiations and closure.
Stakeholder Management:
· Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
· Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain smooth communication with governing agencies.
Budget & Timeline Management:
· Manage project budgets, scope, and timelines, ensuring all are delivered on time, within cost, and to specified quality standards.
· Implement procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
· Lead and mentor the utility projects team, fostering innovation and excellence.
· Develop and expand the skills and capabilities of the team in line with business and project demands.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM30,000.00 per month
