HR Generalist Lead (based in Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, manage HR processes and systems, and ensure day-to-day HR matters are handled effectively.
- Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to provide expert HR advice, manage employee relations, and execute HR initiatives that support business goals.
- Project Involvement: Actively participate in HR-related projects and contribute to process improvements.
- HR Reporting: Produce executive, management, standard, and ad-hoc reports using HR reporting tools. Proactively create reporting solutions to address specific business needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant Field with strong insurance knowledge.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources within Insurance, Banking or other Financial Institutions
- Skills: Excellent communicator, structured, collaborative, independent, solutions-oriented, adaptable and strong business acumen.
