Our client, a leading global insurer is seeking a highly experienced and qualified professional for the role of HR Lead (Generalist). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded organization within the Insurance industry, liaising with Group level stakeholders and business heads.
Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations, manage HR processes and systems, and ensure day-to-day HR matters are handled effectively.
Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to provide expert HR advice, manage employee relations, and execute HR initiatives that support business goals.
Project Involvement: Actively participate in HR-related projects and contribute to process improvements.
HR Reporting: Produce executive, management, standard, and ad-hoc reports using HR reporting tools. Proactively create reporting solutions to address specific business needs.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant Field with strong insurance knowledge.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources within Insurance, Banking or other Financial Institutions
Skills: Excellent communicator, structured, collaborative, independent, solutions-oriented, adaptable and strong business acumen.
