Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Nusajaya
Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM5,500 (commensurate with experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support a wide range of HR functions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and improvement plans.
Organize and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a solid understanding of HR practices.
Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
