Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM5,500 (commensurate with experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support a wide range of HR functions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and improvement plans.
- Organize and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a solid understanding of HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
