Responsibilities:
· Work closely with operation team in developing and re-developing products that suit our market demand.
· Marketing support in updating and managing marketing initiatives including website, newsletter, marketing collaterals, product marketing & branding and social media.
· Prepare and plan content copywriting for products, website, social media channels and others as required.
· Assist in marketing programs including marketing events, trade marketing, exhibitions, seminars, and others as needed.
· Assist to create awareness in the marketplace, monitor, analyse and carry out market visit & product research, give feedback on market need, industry trend, competitor activities, trade opportunities and offer.
· Collect data to prepare for marketing analysis report.
· Work with designer and external advertising / PR agencies/ service vendors to ensure that all the marketing collateral is on-board.
· Responsible for campaign presentations, material development, and premiums if required for each activity.
· Execution on trade marketing, new product launches, promotional packs, price changes, support with planning and ideation on all marketing related activities.
· Any other tasks that being assigned by superior or management.
Requirements
· At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in marketing, FMCG or related field
· Experienced and have knowledge in digital and social media platforms, e-commerce, advertising & promotions, and marketing campaign
· Experienced in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage
· Ability of good analytical skills, able to provide ideation and love giving opinions
· Able to meet deadlines, good planning skills and meticulous
· Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written
