HUMAN RESOURCE ADMIN

  • Handle the full spectrum by providing administrative support in the HR department.
  • Handle all the payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences and leaves, pay slip distribution, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, leaves, and changes in compensation.
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, annual leave and days off
  • Assist in issuing the employment documents such as contracts, agreements & notices
  • Comprehensive understanding of Malaysia Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and Statutory Act.
  • Arrange & Coordinate on relevant training/ learning & development for all employees
  • Assist in company events/training with prior prepping.
  • Attend and prepare employees SOCSO matters and file reports of accidents and injuries at the establishment. Submit the documents to SOCSO monthly basis.
  • Processing the resignation including the issuance of acceptance letters after confirming the resignation notice period, leave balance etc
  • Handle leave administration i.e. check validity of medical certificates, verification numbers of days and ensure submission to payroll.
  • Other ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.
Job requirement :
  • Must possess either at least a diploma in Business Admin/ Human Resources, with minimum 3 years of working experience in HR Role
  • Good knowledge with Malaysian labor laws (i.e Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act 1967 etc) and prevailing HR practices and legislation
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Power Point, Excel & Word.
  • A self-starter, pro-active, committed, mature and motivated person who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
  • The ability to think strategically and resourcefully, take initiatives, multi-task and meet demanding deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
  • Pleasant personality, diligent and presentable in speaking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
