- Responsible for performing the different facets of human resource and administration such as, but not limited to the end-to-end recruitment process, talent development, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee relations.
- Act as the active team member to advise, assist and implement company policies, regulations, programs, activity and to align the employees’ vision, mission, and goals with that of the organization.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations, updating policies as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
- Recruitment & Manpower Planning – Develop manpower requirement for Workers and Employees within the organization.
- Legal & Compliance Practices – Review, update and maintain existing policies to ensure compliance to local laws and corporate guidelines.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Compensation & Benefit – Ensure that employee’s welfare, compensation and benefit meet industries’ practices and compliance to local laws.
- Employee Relations – Build an open, effective and consistent communication channel with all levels of employees.
- Database - Maintain the employee database in the designated platform.
- Discipline - Handle employee misconducts and disciplinary actions.
- Payroll : Process payroll accurately and timely and ensure submission of EPF, Socso, HRCorp and SST is paid according to government regulations.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, personal details, and performance data.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- To provide administrative support to the industrial relations team, provide information and assistance in response to a wide variety of inquiries related to all aspects of ir from departmental staffs.
- To provide timely, accurate and thorough information and services in response to internal and external requests.
- To draft and revise various documents including but not limited to employer proposals, letters, memos and reports.
- Any other ad hoc jobs assigned by the immediate superior or the management from time to time.
- Has good knowledge in legal compliance and industrial practices.
- Good working knowledge with Microsoft software, especially Excel
- Welcomes a challenge to excel in a dynamic work environment.
- Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, mature and highly initiative to work independently.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to effectively listen and assist in resolving problems and sound analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise substantial discretion and deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- A high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, address multiple interruptions and prioritize work.
