Job Description

Manage of Human Resource for the company
Handing Recruitment process, including advertisement placements, interviewing and shortlisting candidates for Department Heads
Scheduling and ensuring that staff appraisals and employee screenings are carried out properly
Managing promotions, increments, resignations, terminations of employees
Review and update the Staff Manual and all HR forms/documents of the company to ensure that it meets the requirements of Labour Law
Organizing trainings for Staff and maintenance of training records. Familiar with HRDF portal.
Administer and implement payroll administration functions for the Company to ensure timely and accurate data entries into the payroll system to process monthly payroll accordance to various Governments bodies.
Oversee the Office Administration Department and manage day to day office administrative functions and operational matters to including handling company licenses.
Performing any other HR administration functions.
Any other tasks as may be delegated by the Management from time to time.
Base on G-Mart Borneo Retail Headquarters (Suria Inanam)

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality, Tourism, Purchasing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of Human Resource and administrative functions.
People oriented and results driven
Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate.
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Able to work under pressure
Able to do multi tasking with minimum supervision
Mature and able to follow-up issue effectively
Hardworking and loyalty

Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:

Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
Human Resources Management: 2 years (Required)
