Job Requirments
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin at least 1 to 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good personality and communication skills.
  • Familiar with Info-tech System & HR2000
Job Description
  • Assist to implement human resource policies and keep the policies under constant review. Recommend changes designed to improve the human resource practices
  • Responsible for administers, co-ordinate all matters regarding staff probation, confirmation, and development.
  • Responsible to administer and co-ordinate matter relevant to Industrial Relation & Staff grievance.
  • Conduct Interview & shortlist of potential candidate for department head for selection. To organize and conduct orientation programs for new hires.
  • To Check & monitor employee monthly Attendance.
  • Overseen for payroll input and to ensure that the payroll is accurate and delivered in timely manner. Prepare monthly recruitment status and manpower reports.
  • Administer performance appraisal review for employee’s confirmation and yearly appraisal in the company.
  • Monitor staff leaves – including sick leaves and calculate monthly loss hours for HR reporting.
  • Responsible to administer, coordinates general administration duties and ensure it is in order.
  • To assist in safety within the branch premises.
  • Prepare HR reports in accurate and timely for HR Manager review.
  • Any other job/task that assigned by HR Manager from time to time.
  • Safeguard, maintain and update employee personal files and records.

Education
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Language
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
