Human Resource Junior Executive

- To perform the basic functions of the Human Resource Department, handling areas such as personnel management, staff welfare, wellness program and the maintenance of HR records.
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process including administering the manpower requisition process, deliver quality candidates by sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants that match the qualifications, skills and the experience specified by the hiring managers.
- Handle and administer the related activities for new hires to ensure the ease of new joiners settling down with Geomatika, i.e. induction for newcomers.
- Conduct exit interview and clearance with resigned employees and compile the data for analysis studies.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, resolve any issues and problems.
- Assist on monitor, maintain and update staff attendance, overtime, leaves, probation, confirmation, onboarding and off boarding, personnel mobility and employment status.
- Ensure that all employee personal details and payroll records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Ensure all academician have teaching permit.
- Assess onboarding and offboarding checklist for all employees.
- Carry out all administration duties pertaining to Geomatika group insurance scheme i.e.; group hospitalisation, outpatient and specialist claims, GTL and GPA to maintain the records.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time from the Management.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
