Job Descriptions:
-Assist with manage from sourcing candidates to interview right through to employment offer in line with business needs.
-Monitor the employee's daily attendance and the leave application
-Handle with monthly payroll calculation, proceed monthly government statutory payments before the datelines
-Maintain employee's record and HR database according to company's HR system
-Prepared HR related documentation such as memos, employee handbooks, offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, show cause letters, etc
-Always update the company internal circular & policy
-Prepare the staff's EA Form and Form E submission according within the dateline
-Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
-At least three (2) years experiences in Human Resources
-Good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Excellent communication skill.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Cina and English.
