Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Handle the execution of HR functions including Recruitment and selection, Payroll Administration, Training Development, Employee Relations, and Orientation programs.
2. To assist in departmental yearly job performance or job confirmation review.
3. To prepare promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management, and other HR-related letters.
4. To update employee personal records and ensure proper filing on all HR-related files.
5. Handling all employee inquiries & and grievances. Dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance.
6. Liaise with government authorities (SOSCO, EPF, Income Tax, IR Department, Labor Department & etc) concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
2. Fresh Graduates with internship experiences are encouraged to apply.
3. At least 1 year experience in Human Resources.
