As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic staff and help us further engage with our vibrant community.
Responsibilities :
- Manage employee compensation and assist with staff records including payroll administration, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Public Holiday.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Important – Minimum at least 1-3 years of experience in HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning, leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- KWSP/ PERKESO/ EIS provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
