Job Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including manpower planning and recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits.
• Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Ensures planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
• Sound knowledge payroll and statutory payment, employment act and industrial relations act.
• Review HR policies and procedures / system to ensure it being implemented in accordance to company direction and employment act.
• Guide managers on performance management issues and procedures
• Have Innovative approach to recruitment for retail industry.
• Responsible to analyze, plan, develop, implement and execute policies towards achieving company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 - 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act & Industrial Relation Act Knowledge in Brunei, Thailand, India & Indonesia employments Act will be an advantage
• A matured team player, resourceful, self motivated with high integrity

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
