Description and Requirements

Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s products or services.
Use strong communication skills to present and sell company products or services to potential clients.
Identify potential customers through lead-generation tactics like cold-calling, attending trade shows, and building mailing lists.
Negotiate sales terms and provide product demonstrations.
Build and maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
Research and recommend new opportunities; suggest profit and service improvements.
Meet or exceed sales goals and report on sales progress.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a customer database and document all customer interactions and transactions
Proficiency in Cantonese is highly preferred as this role will involve managing Hong Kong
