- Establish, develop and maintain healthy, long term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering their queries, and providing product information.
- Provide excellent face to face sales and support service to all customers with accurate, professional and efficient service.
- Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed from time to time.
- Monitor trends as required staying abreast of customer needs, market pricing and new products development.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members to achieve better results and allocated sales target.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of all operational supports requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets daily operation.
- Receive and process customer order from company's phone through whatsapp, call, message within a prompt time.
- Malaysian
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma, Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- With or Without experience.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of customer care and responsiveness.
- Well groomed, work hard and self efficient.
- Able to work in team and start work immediately.
