Job Scope:

• Introduce company services and agreement details to clients by appointment through Zoom.
• Prepare quotations and agreements for prospective clients.
• Respond to client’s enquiries to ensure client satisfaction, and follow up on the prospective clients to increase their kickstart interest regularly.
• Update and maintain prospective clients’ reports to the management team.
• Assist HR and recruitment team to conduct interviews as needed.
• Prepare and issue service agreements to clients who have successfully hired an employee through our service.
• Pay close attention to happenings in Malaysia and gather up-to-date information so that additional insights can be shared as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
• Strong business writing skills in both Chinese and English.
• Possesses a cheerful personality with pleasant presentation skills.
• Possesses working experience as an HR is a plus, especially for individuals who host interviews but not a must.
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Zoom.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. Able to work with a detail-oriented and positive attitude.
• Possesses at least 2 years of corporate sales experience is preferred.
