We are seeking a qualified IOW (C&S/ARCHITECTURAL) to join our team for our project in Tiulon, Keningau.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction of projects to ensure procedures and materials of construction comply with contract plan, quality and specifications
• Oversee construction of projects to ensure completion on schedule and procure issuance of progress billings for stages of completed works
• To monitoring quality control of contractor’s performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction method, administering day to day matters arising between consultants and Contractors on unspecified elements of works; & rectification works not complying with Consultant’s specified requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor construction work as per contract specifications and standards to ensure that procedures are followed and materials used conform to specifications and standards
• Carry out inspection and test as per inspection and test plans and use at quality control mechanisms in the quality management system
• Implement policies, procedures and activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan
• Review deviations from specified construction procedures to ensure compliance with regulations governing construction
• Issue memo to contractors for work not comply with the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings and Specifications
• Liaison with consultants, contractors and resident personnel for defect rectification work during the Defect Liabilities Period.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2-5 years working experience in C&S/ Architectural
• Minimum Autodesk Auto CAD and/or Autodesk Revit any other relevant design software for review and design.
• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
• Willing to be based in Keningau
• Availability: Must be able to start as soon as possible.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
