Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any non-conformances or defects.
- Reporting: Report inspection results and quality issues to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Calibration: Calibrate and maintain inspection and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Identify root causes of quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Training: Assist in training new staff on quality control procedures and standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in quality control or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment, as well as basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting or moving materials as needed.
- Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with ISO and other quality standards relevant to the industry.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
