The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Responsibilities

• Able to handle full consultancy work from conceptual presentation to project completion to reporting.
• Able to provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal and theme or color scheme.
• To liaise with clients and development team for a better understanding of requirement prior to the commencement of interior design work.
• Able to create visuals, design layout, detailed drawings, 3D drawing and as-built drawing.
• Possesses high level area creative 2D and 3D skills for interior design and sample boards.
• To prepare visuals, project costing and material selection.
• Able to Work closely and have meetings with Suppliers and Sub-Contractors
• Perform site visits for supervision of quality control and have understanding in renovation and site issues
• Maintain Industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architect or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese is an added advantage
• Required Skill(s): Auto CAD, 3Dsmax, VRAY, Sketch Up
• 0 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
