Perform quality support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients & intermediaries

Key Responsibilities

Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities such as attending emails & calls from EB clients/intermediaries/members for policy coverage, claim status, policy contract, billing enquiries and data extraction
Preparng briefing decks for EB clients & intermediaries
Prepare renewal invitation documents and invite EB clients/intermediaries for yearly renewal
Helpdesk at client office

Key Requirements

Candidate must possess or is pursuing at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
Good communication and interpersonal skills
