Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation of proposals and support planning and execution of events under the guidance of senior team members.
• Help manage operational aspects of events, including maintaining cost control and improving efficiency.
• Support the servicing of existing accounts and assist in building long-term relationships by providing excellent service.
• Participate in the planning, production, and execution of various events, ranging from small gatherings to larger corporate functions.
• Help manage client expectations and assist in closing event contracts efficiently.
• Contribute to regular event updates and post-event evaluations.
• Assist in liaising with clients and suppliers before and during events, including support in the collection of accounts payable afterwards.
• Participate in pre-event preparations, on-site setups, and supervision of event crews and vendors.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve desired results and contribute to a positive team environment.

Job Qualifications:

• A strong interest in the Events Management industry or a related field.
• Previous experience or participation in live conferences, virtual meetings, or webinars is a plus.
• Familiarity with virtual and webcast events is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel.
• Required language: English, with verbal proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin being a plus.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
