Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic (Sales and Social Media Junior Research Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to start a career in research and analytics within the financial market sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Whats App chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Record customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Social Media Admin
-Responsible to reply comments on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.
-Manage and schedule the daily contents on social media.
