• Personal assistant to CEO
• Managing CEO schedules, coordinating appointment and meetings.
• Organizing and attend meetings, taking minutes and follow-up on action items after meetings.
• Have valid Class D driving license and able to drive efficiently (COMPULSORY)
• ⁠Can record and edit videos ⁠for social media content
• Other tasks for PA

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma/Degree in Mass Comm/ Corporate Comm/ PR/ any related field
• Good in organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Any experience in administration or a related field would be a plus!

Office Location : Setia Ecohill Walk, Semenyih
