Responsibilities:

• Assist in logistics and warehouse activities.
• Perform general administration duties.
• Assist in any ad-hoc activities.
• Responsible activities related with return from store to warehouse and last mile return to vendor
• Manage customer complaint and investigate the root cause for further review accountability
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly update report to superior and analysis of the issues to be addressed
• Closely work with warehouse for flow through product are pick and ship within delivery window

Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Overtime pay

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
