• Support finance executive in ensuring finance department operation
• Assist in monthly account closing and payment preparation to suppliers.
• Assist in updating customer collection.
• Provide administrative support to the department on all aspects of the administration functions
• Strong negotiation and sourcing skills, strong work ethics, independent and ability to work with minimal supervision, a team player

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• Required languages: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Require skills: Microsoft Office and Excel
