- Send reminder & follow up information from other dept
- System setting for Online E-Beauty & E-Health
- Update data setting in various portals (Pharmacy roster/instore E-Beauty & E-Health)
- Compile non-trade request from beauty experts(BE)/health advisor(HA)/ pharmacist (Rx)
- Compile info from all stores (ad-hoc request).
- Prepare HQ non-trade item to allocate to new beauty expert (BE)/pharmacist store
- Updating non-trade SOH tracker
- Follow up with area manager(ASOM) on non-trade arrangements
- Courier documents/ parcels to stores.
- Receive documents from stores/ retail beauty trainer(RBT) and segregate or filing accordingly.
- Take training attendance
- Assist to facilitate training session
- Setup training venue
- Compile evaluation feedback
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Preferred internship duration of at least 3 to 6 months.
- Able to start on November.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Willing to work at Menara Exchange 106, TRX.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
