Job Descriptions:

• Handle system update document and managing stock card for showroom and roadshow.
• Preparing monthly reconcile reporting showroom and roadshow.
• Extract inventory data from system to prepare purchase and sales forecasting report to management review.
• Produce and maintain appropriate records with all necessary reports.
• Checking stock movement and ensure no variance on product transfer.
• Supervise and coach the junior team member when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent educational qualification.
• At least 1 years of experience in retail industry and handle promoter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting skills. (Skill VLook and Pivot must have)
• Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles related to inventory management.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM) / Saturday (9:00AM - 1:00PM)
