Responsibilities

• To ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance with Company’s pre-set procedures and workflows.
• Familiar with SOP, grammage, ingredients and etc.
• Minimise wastage or recovery % through training and practice.
• Check freshness of ingredients before preparing food.
• To ensure food presentation is follow SOP and etc.
• Ensure sufficient standby for section for next peak period.
• Ensure orders are made in order of time in.
• To label food processed and stored for section.
• Ensure that the highest standard of food and personal hygiene quality and cleanliness is maintained in the outlet.
• Responsible in assisting service operations to deliver products effectively within waiting time as per SOP.
• To ensure kitchen layout is conducive, safe and comfortable cooking ambiance.
• To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of workstation (dry and safe), locker room and kitchen.
• Ensure all the equipments are used for its intended purpose, following standard operating procedures and to prevent and eliminate waste of expendable supplies, which contribute to the overall food cost.

Requirements
1. Candidate with no working experience and fresh graduate is welcome to apply for this position. Training will be provided.
2. Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English
3. Experience in F&B line will be added advantage
4. Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays (6-day roster)
5. Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated
