• The candidate should possess a Master's degree in Broadcasting, Communication, Media Studies or a related field is required. Depending on the institution's standard, a Ph D or other terminal degree may be preferred.
• Should have 5 years of teaching experience or 5 years of industry experience.
• Must have knowledge of broadcast technology, including audio and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer) and familiarity with digital and analogue broadcasting equipment.
• Proficiency in studio production techniques, including camera operation, sound mixing and lighting setups.
