We are looking for experience live host responsible for hosting live streams on various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok). You will be based at our office situated at Taman Perling, JB and be committed with the working hours given.
Main responsibilities include:
Hosting Live Streams
- Sell products by energizing existing and new customers through lively livestream sessions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for creative concepts, content, and promotions.
- Engage with viewers during live broadcasts, drive traffic, and provide professional advice.
- Showcase product selling points in an attractive and creative manner.
- Hit sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.
- Track and report live stream performance, offering insights for improvement.
- Review analytics to enhance live stream effectiveness and flow.
- Ensure high-quality production standards, including audio, visuals, and overall presentation.
Other Responsibilities: Operation
- Submit and packing order online/ offline
- Assist barista
- Answer customer enquires offline/online
Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years Experienced in Live Hosting
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Good product presentation skills.
Personality Traits:
- Presentable, cheerful, and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Not camera shy!
- Coffee Lover (bonus)
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & other languages (bonus).
