1)Responsible for hosting live stream on social media platforms, including but not limited Tiktok.
2)Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, attract and maintain the audience’s attention, drive traffic and engagement, provide professional advice, answer enquiries and build a strong and loyal online community.
3)Introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews and consumer experience in an attractive and creative manner during livestream session.
4)Provide accurate product information, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to assist customer in making informed purchase decisions.
5)Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases.
6)Track and report live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7)Review the data (insights and analytics) after the live stream, and continuously elevate the live stream effect, and develop creative ways to enhance and improve livestreams flow.
8)Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges and features to incorporate into content creation.
9)Ensure high-quality production standards, including audio, visuals and overall presentation.
10)Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products/services and maintaining a positive brand image.
11)According to the Company’s arrangement, participate in the shooting of the Company’s product videos and daily short videos and share the videos.
12)Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1) Candidates are required to possess excellent communication skills, good public speaking skills and good product presentation skills.
2) Candidate must be presentable, cheerful and attractive personality, and be comfortable to talk in front of the camera, not a camera shy.
3) Familiar with live streaming technology, proficient in using live streaming equipment and operations, able to quickly process and solve technical issues.
4) Have an in-depth understanding of the live streaming process and program content, able to plan and adjust according to the needs of the host and audience.
5) Equipped with on-site scheduling and contingency response capabilities, able to respond promptly to unexpected situations and take effective measures.
6) Candidates must possess good discipline and teamwork spirit, willing to learn, positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
7) Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.
8) Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
9) Preferable with Live Host experience
