2.Maintains and updates all process documentation
3.Undertakes actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc. on equipment for preventive maintenance purposes
4.Troubleshoots and repairs various mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and systems involving the isolation of the malfunction parts, disassembly of equipment and repair/replacement of faulty components
5.Maintenance technicians ensures store is appropriately stocked with parts and tools as needed to perform repairs or maintenance tasks
6.Operates various hand and power tools and machines to carry out task
7.Disassemble machines and take off parts for replacement or repair by using cranes, hoists, chain block, hand tools and jacks
8.Communicate with management or clients to inform them about equipment faults and best maintenance techniques to implement for maximum performance
9.Filling up daily inspection checklist for equipment including cooling towers and compressors
1.0Knowledge in PLC basic programming
11.Must have knowledge and abillity to troubleshoot single and 3 phase electrical system
12.Intermediate skill in 6 axis robot programming
13.Willing to work on shifts
14. Willing to learn and work in team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,550.00 - RM2,160.00 per month
