- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- Proficient in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia & English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On job training will be provided
- Computer literate such as Microsoft Office and experience in E-commerce work.

- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizing skills.
- Work location is near Rawang, Please make sure you are able to go to work by yourself before you apply this job
- Detailed and meticulous
- Comfortable in using ecommerce platforms
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- General administrative duties, including couriers, mail, and office maintenance.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the administrative team with day-to-day operations and office tasks
- Providing sales and administrative support to sales teams, attend to customer enquiries.
- Actively respond to emails and phone calls on all the sales enquiries, maintaining an efficient work environment.
- Prepare quotations, sales order and job orders, to upload the order received in system, monitor it and update the expected date from time to time.
- Understand company product, status of the materials before preparing quotation.
- To keep monitor and follow up on the quotation sent, negotiate and communicate with the customer in order to close the order.
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- To understand client’s requirements and expectations and ensure we provide the best service and commitment according to the company requirements and expectations.
- To perform any other duties that may assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Rawang: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
