Operation Executive - Ocean Export M/F

Job description

• Handling of export shipments & documentation from A to Z
• Daily Reporting of project shipments as per client requirements
• Coordinate ocean freight shipments and transport arrangements
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements
• Book services with co-loaders & shipping line for export
• Import and export permit declarations and custom clearance
• Process customers' orders promptly and prepare billings/invoices
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customers' shipments

Applicant's profile

• Competent in basic computer skills and applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge in Cargo Wise, EDI & Tradenet Skill preferred
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work in stressful environment & require immediate response to any urgent inquiries from internal or external.
• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
