Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dispatch riders and call centre. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Bahasa, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for dispatch riders and call centre staff, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
• Motivate and lead teams to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct recruitment trips across Peninsular Malaysia to hire part-time riders.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access for reporting and data management.
• Prepare and generate invoices, maintaining accurate financial records and balance sheets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Provide training and support to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and spoken).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
• Previous experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or call centre environments.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment purposes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Salary: RM4000 - RM5000
