- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Take a lead role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Play an integral part in achieving outlet sales targets, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service quality.
- Assist in all aspects of store operations, particularly in product display, merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct basic vision screenings and recommend suitable eyewear solutions based on customer needs and preferences (training will be provided).
- Stay updated on the latest eyewear products and trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice to customers.
- Manage the cash register, handle payments, and prepare sales invoices accurately.
- Assist in inventory control, including stock checks and participating in regular stock-taking exercises.
- Support the outlet in organizing promotional activities and sales events when required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the store
- Young, vibrant and outgoing candidates
- Minimum SPM is required, with Certificate or Diploma in Optical Dispensing will be added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin speaker will be preferred.
- No working experience needed as training will be provided.
- Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the optical field.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for customer service excellence.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required.
- Basic computer literacy for handling sales systems and customer information (training will be provided).
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
